No, you don’t need to be in every live session. Sometimes life happens, and we can’t be everywhere that we want or need to be. But this is a coaching program, not a pre-packaged collection of video trainings. While there will be a lot of video trainings included throughout the program, you will experience the greatest benefit & results by interacting with me on the live calls where I can help you make decisions, move beyond the places you’re stuck, provide you with resources, and give you suggestions to optimize the work you are doing. If you miss a live call, you will have access to all of the replays in the portal.

In your first Bonus Private (1:1) Coaching Call, I will get to know more about you and your business, your vision, your goals, your circumstances, the type of work you are doing or want to do, the types of clients you are working with or want to work with, how your offerings are currently packaged & priced, how clear you are on your messaging, how aligned your platform (website & social media) is with your message and ask about other elements of your business.

While I am not a tech guru and will provide no “done-for-you” technology solutions, I have had an online business since 1997 when I left my Corporate Human Resources career to start a website design & internet marketing company. I launched my first website in November 1997 and taught my first internet marketing course at a local community college in 1998 then later that year at computer training sites at various locations throughout Maryland.

If you want to go further back than that, I first went online in 1979 when my father bought me a TRS-80 for Christmas. It was one of the first home personal computers. We were a working-class family with a union-represented dad and a stay-at-home mom, but he saw where things were headed and knew that computers were going to be increasingly important in our world. Then, in the tenth grade during high school, I took a Basic Programming class.

Again, I’m not a tech guru and am still confounded by plenty of aspects of technology but understanding what’s necessary to accomplish the foundational tech pieces of an online business is something that sets me apart from most online business coaches. If you have the money to do so, I’ll always recommend hiring someone to handle the tech aspects of your business.
